About
Adriana graduated from Morton College in 2018 with a Physical Therapist Assistant degree and certification. She then went on to receive a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Governors State University. She has worked in various Physical Therapy settings from home health, to inpatient hospital rehabilitation, and seven years of outpatient orthopedics, treating both neurological and orthopedic conditions. She is fluent in both English and Spanish.
Adriana has completed training in Endurance Athlete Rehabilitation (swimmers, runners, cyclists) and therapeutic taping including Kinesio Taping. She is certified in Blood Flow Restriction Training (BFR) in adolescent and adult sports medicine and is an ASTYM certified specialist. Adriana is committed to the profession of Physical Therapy and consistently strives to advance her clinical expertise.
Adriana is a very competitive athlete completing two Chicago Marathons (2016 and 2019), in addition to 50 miler Apple Century Bike Races in Three Oaks, Michigan. Adriana enjoys adding on to her 1000-piece puzzle collection and adding cooking recipes to her cookbook.
